All purchased photographs for personal use include my digital signature, placed discreetly in the bottom corner. Photo credit is not required for personal use; however, credit is required when images are used for advertising or promotional purposes.

Photographs intended for commercial use must be purchased with an appropriate commercial licence or release from Katie Turnbull Images prior to use. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, advertising, promotional materials, business branding, or resale purposes.

My digital signature must not be removed, altered, or obscured from any photograph taken by Katie Turnbull Images. If my photographs are used in advertising or by a designer — including background removal or graphic work — a visible photo credit must be included in the final design.

HELP......If you see any photograph taken by Katie Turnbull Images displayed on social media, websites, or horse sales listings bearing a watermark stating “STOLEN PROOF” or “Copyright — Property of Katie Turnbull Images,” I would greatly appreciate you reporting it to me as soon as possible on 0438 298 540.

All photographic images are protected under the Copyright Act 1968. Katie Turnbull Images retains full copyright of all photographs created, including the exclusive right to print, reproduce, publish, sell, or enter images into competitions.

Screenshotting, saving, copying, reproducing, or sharing proof images without permission constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil or criminal penalties. Infringement notices for stolen proofs start at $150 per image.
